Unique French Mustards
Sure, you can make our tarragon mustard potato salad using our Tarragon Dijon Mustard, but with all our new and interesting mustard flavors, why not try a different mustard instead? Our Pinot Noir Dijon Mustard would make a great dressing for this super easy potato salad. (Flavors in store: Dijon, Provencale Dijon, Tarragon Dijon, and Seed Style [whole ground].)
2 lbs red potatoes, skin on and diced into 1” cubes
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup Pinot Noir Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS honey
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
3 TBS fresh chopped parsley (2 TBS in salad, 1 TBS on top)
Cook potatoes in liberally salted water until fork tender. Drain and allow to cool. Stir celery and onions into cooled potatoes. Whisk together remaining ingredients, except 1 TBS parsley. Add to potato mixture, and top with remaining 1 TBS parsley. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
